Acknowledgement is giving us over and over again new swing and verve, to start new venture and
continious our improvement. The big amount of important honours from the hotel- and restaurant
guides certified our previous effort and is showing us the way into the future. So precooked our
chef de cuisine Martin Hermann a star in the Guide Michelin for the new gourmetrestaurant
"Le Pavillon" and a "Bib Gourmand" for our restaurant. Also other predicates certified every year
the hotel Dollenberg: For example for the restaurant one cooking cap, and 2 crowns for the hotel
in the "Varta Guide", 4 wooden spoon in the "Schlemmer Atlas", 2 ½ "F" for gourmets, 14 point´s in
the "Gault Millau" and 4 stars and 1 crown in the "Bertelsmann Guide".
Consequently we belong to the 20 hotels of the special class.
Much that is the praise of our guests very important, our best critics. And should be there
a dispraise, we promise improvment, because we will be for you always on the top.
